Job Title: Principal Manager, Consultancy and Research

Job Details:
Reporting to the Registrar/CEO of the Institute, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Consultancy and Research Business Unit. In this capacity, you will enhance the Institutes ability to carry out quality training, research and consultancy aimed at improving business performance of end users.
Requirement:
- A research oriented Masters degree in any relevant Social Science discipline; possession of a Ph.D will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 7 years’ proven research and consultancy experience from a reputable organization, with a minimum of 3 years managing a successful research team
- Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role
- Membership of a Professional Institute.
