1.) Ticketing & Reservation Officers
Objectives
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidates are expected to process the necessary skill and experience in reservation and issuance of tickets in a manner that will ensure service efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates are expected to possess a first degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other management science and the Humanities.
In addition, candidates must possess a certificate in Ticketing and Reservation and at least five years cognate experience in a similar position from a reputable travel agency.
2.) Sales / Marketing Officers
Objectives
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales/Marketing Officers are expected to market the services of the agency to boost market share and ensure continued growth of the organization.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates are expected to possess a first degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other management science and the Humanities.
Persons Specifications
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for interactions with all stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and public relations
Strong personality with focus on achievement of business targets
Sound IT knowledge.
Must be creative, innovative and result driven
Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age
