1.) Office Manager
This position would have significant responsibility for ensuring the firm's office and operations are coordinated in a seamless manner. This would include managing staff, developing budgets, coordinating logistics and general administration of the day to day operations of the company.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have a minimum first degree in the Social or Management Sciences and would possess at least 5 years experience reflecting a rich blend of skills in book keeping/accounting, office management, oral communication in the English language and marketing.
- The preferred candidate would be a warm personality with demonstrable mastery of the English Language and contemporary human resource management approaches and systems
2.) Architects
The primary responsibilities of this position are to implement and manage client briefs covering a diverse range of projects beginning from receiving client briefs /instructions to the production of detailed designs and the supervision of projects in line with agreed timelines and specifications.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have a Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and be licensed to practice as an architect/registered with ARCON.
- In addition, such a candidate would possess minimum 4-6 years experience in architectural practice and be an excellent designer with demonstrable ability to come up with architectural designs under very tight time schedules, Skills in 3d modelling and animation / high level competence in the use of Auto-CAD and other design software will he an advantage.
3.) Secretary
The role of this position is to provide general administrative and logistical support in ensuring the smooth operations of the company. This role would include responsibility for all aspects of office document management; organizing the records of-the company using an easy to access and understandable system. The post holder will also coordinate logistics as maybe delegated by the Office Manager.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would possess at the minimum of Higher National Diploma or a Degree in Secretarial Administration or any of the Management Sciences.
- He/she would be expected to have 3 years experience working in a formal and structured work place; experience with documents management systems and demonstrate ability to workon multiple task concurrently and under pressure.
4.) Drivers
This position will be responsible for the safe driving of the firm's vehicles and staff. The Driver will ensure cleaning/proper maintenance of vehicles in compliance with safe driving standards and company rules and procedures; ensuring the vehicle is fueled in time for trips and the proper management of the fuel supply for vehicles in the fleet.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have a valid driving license, at least 3-5 years experience of professional driving experience in the employment of a formal /corporate organization.
- The individual must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, maturity and personal integrity.
Remuneration
The firm offers attractive salary package and benefits. Salaries for each position depends on the candidates skills and experiences but are highly negotiable.

Job Summary:

- Documentation of client contacts, phone conversations, and decisions are very important
- Design development
- Preparation of detailed construction drawings
- Coordination with other disciplines
- Direction of CAD technicians
- Interpretation and application of relevant building codes
- Preparation of specifications and cost estimates.
- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed above.
- Designs and oversees solutions for specific use cases that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements.
- Understands the broader business context around their area and develops architecture and influences implementation to support it.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum ten years of design experience, including High-rise experience
- Masters or Post Graduate Degree if less than 10 years
- Registered Architect
- Design experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficient in MicroStation or proficient in AutoCAD and willing to learn MicroStation

The Person
6 to 10 years of experience in architectural engineering and design in the oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical, chemical and related industries. Experience with industrial codes and the applications of INtools and industrial sizing programs. Experience as support during the development of P&IDs, development of control and shutdown philosophy, generation of systems functional specifications, development of DCS, ICSS and F/G systems. Experience of sizing control valves, relief valves and flow elements and preparation of instrument datasheets. Experience of positions as a lead discipline engineer on a large project and / or several smaller projects at detail engineering phase.
Qualifications Required
Ideal candidates will hold a degree in architectural engineering, civil engineering or equivalent. Be conversant with international codes, standards and engineering practices in the industry eg; OHSA, HSE etc. Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in Nigeria.

- Candidates must have twelve (12) years working experience on board coastal vessel with a dead weight of over 1500 tons
- Candidates must be computer literate.
1.12) Senior Masters
Requirements
- A Candidates must have Higher National Diploma in Nauticai studies, Class II (Deck Officer) certificate of Competence or possess one of the following qualifications: Master, Near Coastal Voyage (NCV); Chief Engineer (NCV); Officer of the Watch (OOW) Navigation (NCV); River Master; Quarter Master and Four Basic Mandatory Courses.
- Candidates must have ten (10) years working experience on board coastal vessel with a dead-weight of over 1500 tons.
- Candidates must be computer literate.
1.13) Chief Marine Engineering Assistant
Requirements:
- Candidates must have Ordinary National Diploma in Marine engineering, Class II (engine) certificate of Competence or possess one of the following qualifications: Chief Engineer (NCV); 2nd Engineer (NCV), Officer of the Watch (OOW) Engine (NCV), Marine Engineer Assistant and Four Basic Mandatory Courses.

2.0 Marine Enviromental Management Department
2.1) Environmental Laboratory Technologists
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent in Environmental Sciences & Technology from a recognised institution and registered with Institute of Medial Laboratory of Nigeria.
- Candidates must possess at least ten (10) years post qualitication/ NYSC cognate working experience.
- Masters degree in Marine Science, Enviromental Science or Toxicology will be an added advantage.

2.2) Chemists
Requirements:

Requirements:

1.) Architect
Location: Lagos
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The candidate should have a sound working knowledge of the residential development & construction environments coupled with an understanding of the design, planning approval and construction process. Excellent co-ordination and communication skills are necessary.
- Ideally the candidate will hail from a design, building, surveying or construction management background with at least 10 years project management experience and 5 to 7 years experience in project delivery.
- The Architect/Project Manager will be experienced in leading design and construction teams through projects from inception to completion.
- They will also be able to identify key development issues and opportunities.
- The candidate should also have professional certification for construction related in Architecture / Engineering and have a management experience in handling subcontractors and consultants.
- The candidate must show experience in handling projects in excess of 500 Million naira and have successfully completed projects to this value from design commencement to construction completion including commissioning & handover.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable to all local requirements and regulations in respect to design, construction, management of design team, construction and man management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will work in a Functional Project environment and will be responsible for providing contractual expertise in relation to allocated activities as part of the Project Management Team. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a LLB, LLM or equivalent legal degree from reputable university.

5.) Logistics Manager

Summary:
Responsible for the execution and management of logistics operations for improving the service level to field operations. The Country Logistics Manager reports to the Transport Management centre manager and maintains a close working relationship with the units, operational Segments, Supply Chain and Finance functions, Trade control compliance and HSE.

- Work experience of at least 10 years in project controls and development, site planning, design, construction methods, construction materials, value analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, contract administration, accounting, business and financial management, safety, building codes and standards, inspection procedures, engineering and architectural sciences, mathematics, statistics, and information technology.
- Candidate must be able to complete a wide variety of engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within the electrical engineering discipline.
- Candidate must be proficient in engineering theories and practices for power distribution systems (HV, MV, and LV) and electrical designs within infrastructure support facilities including pump stations, sewage treatment plants, etc.
- He must be proficient in CAD (computer aided design) applications and other latest software for designing.
- Candidate must be a chartered engineer and show working experience as a Lead Designer experiences with a minimum of 5 years in this role.
- Candidate is required to be fluent in both written and oral English.
7.) Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Summary:
Facility Manager will have the responsibility to manage all equipment and housing/office contracts. This role will require the management of a range of corporate contracts including the development of new contracts and extension of existing contracts; with a focus on risk and value, to ensure procedural compliance and the objectives and requirements of the company are met.
