Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Industrial or related field/MBA a minimum of 8-10years experience in HR at a senior management position Human resource skill, administration, negotiation, communication and organization management skill

HEAD HOUSEKEEPING & HOUSE KEEPERS – (4) (Port Harcourt) REF: DS/HH 20112
This is a senior officer role, reporting to the General Manager. Successful candidates s to contribute to the comfort of guests and ensures the daily general upkeep, clening and maintenance of the hotel bedrooms. He/she is to ensure and monitor the financial performance of the housekeeping operation and its efficiency. He/she is responsible for the hygiene, safety of the bedrooms and ensures guest receive high quality service.

Experience in housekeeping is a standard hotel

Overall purpose is to ensure delivery service at every point of sale in the food and beverage department. He/she is to ensure customer promise and delivered at all time, ensure guest receives quality service and are comply with all regulations.
