Qualification:

- Act as an interface between management and the MR/SR, overseeing their day to day activities in a judicious cost managed Manner yet promoting FAST growth. Forge strategic alliances with distributors, wholesalers, Hospitals, Government parastatals/institutions in order to enhance market penetration of Bakan Gizo’s Products.
- Would be required to directly manage/supervise the daily activities of not less than 10MR/SR and promote the sales of not less than 20 products ; and ensuring that the sale volume target for each Product is met in the region.
- Implement the Company’s Policy decision in a result -oriented and timely Manner to Achieve the Vision, Mission, Goals, objectives and agreed performance Targets.
2.) Sales Representatives (SR) / Medical Representatives (MR)
Locations: Gombe, Niger, Katsina, Kano, Jigawa, Plateau , Kwara, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta, Lagos, Oyo, Ondo States.
Qualification:
- B.Pharm B.Sc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology, Biological Sciences and all allied courses, from any NUC-recognized university.
- Candidates MUST have a consuming passion for sale and ability to drive: a valid driver’s license is a MUST for candidates.
3.) Human Resource Manager
Location: Abuja
Qualification
- Candidate must have B.SC in Personnel Management, LL.B, or MBA, with about 3 years experience.
- Candidate must be proficient in MS word and excel.
- Candidates without experience but with Masters in Human Resource Management from a UK University can apply.
- Would be required to manage the employees of the company, acting as an interface between the company and staff.

We got the notification on Monday 19th March, 2012 and on Tuesday 20th March, NaijaJobs was at the Glo Office at Saka Tinubu Street in Lagos around 9:30am to confirm the authenticity of the advert. The advert was confirmed to be real and we saw some people who submitted their CVs, the Glo Security Operatives sorted the CVs according to qualifications and grades.
But, candidates we directed to submit their CVs later in the day told us they were unable to submit because the Glo security ooperatives denied them access, claiming they have had enough CVs. We could not confirm this story because another candidate told us his CV and some others were accepted around 4.30 pm that same Tuesday.
I believe Glo is still accepting CVs but are trying to avoid candidates crowding its office premises. I am suggesting candidates should mail their CVs via post offices or send it through a staff in Glo if they know anybody.
We got a reliable information from a Glo Staff that the recruitment was advertized internally but some how the advert got to the public domain.
