We are currently recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:
1.) Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- CEO directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Group CEO and the Board.
- Leads and directs operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination, and agency promotion.
- Assists the Group CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the business units mentioned above,
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Ten+ years experience in Business Management, Brand Management and Client Service Management.
- Track record of growing and sustaining business profitability is required.
- Experience within both client and agency business is an added advantage.
2.) Senior Project Manager

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- In this account management position, you’ll manage relationships with clients,
- provide strategic marketing direction,
- supervise promotional projects and drive profitable, competitive and consistent business growth.
- We work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline sensitive and detail-driven; hence you must have a strong ability to multi-taskand prioritize.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- Five+ years experience in managing accounts, promotional communications or related business experience is required.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams is mandatory.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have proven ability to take initiative and grow customer engagements.
- Exceptional and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for creating and delivering reports, presentations, contracts, RFP responses and more.
3.) Business Development Manager

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Successfully build and promote agency’s new business ventures in close partnership with Executive Management by providing sound. innovative, strategic leadership initiatives.
- Work in close partnership with Executive Management to identify new business opportunities, and develop plans and action steps to secure such business, both on a local and regional basis.
- BA or BSc degree required; MBA preferred.
- Five+ years of Brand Management experience, with at least three years in FMCG sector.
- At least three years of supervisory experience.
- Product launch and business development experience required.

4.) Creative Manager

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and guide creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic objectives for all assigned accounts.
- Responsible for all creative output for the agency.
- Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals.
- Bachelor of Arts in Creative Arts or related discipline.
- Proficient in the use of Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and other vector applications.
- Five+ years experience of proven, hands-on creative leadership.
- Passion for new technology and digital media, broad integrated experience with concentration in the consumer experiential marketing and other promotional marketing areas are crucial.
5.) Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- HR Manager is responsible for administering and coordinating HR functions and company programmes for the Agency.
- Partners with Heads of Teams to recruit employees to fill vacant positions,
- administer the performance review programme to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.
- Assists in administering the salary administration programme to ensure compliance and equity within the organization. o
- Bachelors degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences is required.
- Six+ years of human resources generalist experience and ability to handle multiple tasks required.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as industry journals, financial reports and legal documents.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6.) Accountant

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Applies principles of accounting to analyze past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures to prepare budget.
- Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
- Aggressively pursues new ways to enhance overall agency profitability.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND required.
- Membership of recognized professional body is added advantage.
- Must be an industry leader with highly visible profile with five ± years of experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships and be detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong problem solving skills.
7.) Assistant Project Managers(Activation Manager)

- Assists the Senior Project Manager with the day-to-day management and implementation of activation programmes across assigned accounts to drive consistent business growth and profitability.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Four years experience in consumer and trade experiential projects, preferably within an agency environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills are required.
8.) IT Manager

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- IT Manager is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks; training and consultation;
- recommendations about future planning and development of resources;
- maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
- The candidate must have proficient knowledge in computer hardware, software and network administration.
- Must be able to set up, install and administer computer hardware, software and networks.
- Must have; management and supervisory skills; graphics and website development programmes.
- Should poses bachelors degree or HND in Computer Science, Data Processing, or related fields.

10.) Project Executives

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Assist Activation Managers to execute consumer and trade activations in line with specific client briefs.
- Responsible for delivering the activation targets and KPls as specified.
- Bachelors degree or HNO in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Two years experience in consumer and trade activations.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and work independently are key.
11.) Field Merchandisers

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing direct sales, distribution, penetration and sampling activities within specified geographical and consumers’ landscape.
- Assist the Activation Managers to execute consumer and trade activations.
- Responsible for delivering the activation targets and KPls as specified.
- Minimum of an OND in any field. One year experience in direct selling, distribution or consumer sampling.
- Good persuasive skills required.
- Ability to use a POA (hand held terminal) or trainable in the skill is required.
- Ability to drive would be an added advantage.
12.) Administrative/ Logistics Officers

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office co-ordination,
- Acts as liaison between Client Service and Creative to facilitate work flow.
- Has a good working knowledge of creative and production functions so that accurate timelines can be set for jobs.
- Assists other staff with procedures relating to traffic and production.
- Minimum of an OND in any field. Must have two years of experience in related field.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships.
- Should be detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task.
13.) Office Assistant

Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine clerical, reception, and office support functions including record keeping, document preparation, communication and customer service, staff support and performs other related duties as required.
- Minimum of an OND required.
- Must have at least one year experience working as a front desk officer.
- At least one year of experience in customer interface role.
- Must have strong customer service orientation, cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be less than 25 years.
