We are recruiting to fill the position of an accounts clerk:

Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Reconciles all transactions made on a daily basis. Checks balances against accounting receipt records.
Prepares bank account deposit documents and confirms deposit totals. May make bank account deposits.
Responsible for payroll and budget preparation.
Assist when necessary in areas of procurement, expenditure of funds
Ability to work with minimum supervision on self-driven with excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills and general office work.

Qualification

OND in Accounting from reputable Institution.
Strong communication, numerical and computer skills.
Must be a precise, punctual & reliable individual
Ability to type effectively and efficiency
Ability to use the following package: Microsoft Office Suite
Should have the ability to understand the business, its context and its future evolution
Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
Personal commitment, tenacity and energy applied to his/her management.
Must be a female
Must reside in or around Ota in Ogun State.
