Advans SA SICAR (“Advans SA”)is an international venture capital company specialised in microfinance, which has incorporation of its sixth and seventh greenfield institutions: Advans Pakistan Microfinance Bank in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and La Fayette Microfinance Bank in Nigeria.
Advans’ mission is to build a network of microfinance banks in developing countries and emerging economies to cater to the financial needs of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, which have limited or no access to formal banking services.

Responsibilities:
- The Client Assistant is responsible for front line and back office work relating to lending and retail activities in the branch.
- S/he will manage administrative and commercial tasks in the branch.
- S/he will work with the Client Officers in their daily tasks and participates in the achievement of the objective of the branch.
Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or Ordinary National Diploma (preferably in the area of interest : management / accountancy / bank / finance / economics / marketing)
- Good relationship and communication skills, strong team spirit
- Good computer skills
- Real motivation to work and grow in a challenging context
- Practical knowledge of micro / small / medium businesses
- Knowledge of microfinance bank sector
- Writing skills
- Knowledge of local languages
