Job Description
This functions of this role include:
- Generating Cost schedule reports(Monthly)
- Generating Material Usage Variance report (Weekly/Monthly)
- Generating Material Consumption Report. (Monthly)
- Generating Amis Report. (Monthly)
- Generating Production Volume report- Daily
- Reporting Co-ordination/Taken (Weekly/Monthly)
- Reporting RM/PGK/FG/FS Stock Classification/ Analysis (Monthly).
- Maintenance of Service Agreement Provision/ Reconciliation(Monthly)
- Preparing Amortisation Of Advance Payment Account(Monthly)
- Monitoring Manufacturing Order Closure – (Weekly/Monthly)
- Reporting Other Variances. (Weekly/Monthly).
- Compiling Sub-Assemblies Report.(Monthly)
- Journal Posting (Monthly)
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting/ Finance
- A minimum of 2 years accounting/finance experience
