Nigeria Police Recruitment 2011 - Zonal Screening of Shortlisted Applicants for Cadets ASP and Inspector Has Been Re-Scheduled
The Police Service Commission (PSC) wishes to thank all those who made the first step of its recruitment process of Cadet Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) into the Nigeria Police Force a huge success.
The huge number of applicants is no doubt a testimony of the commitment of young Nigerians to make their own contribution to peace and order in the country. We thank Governors, Legislators, Traditional Rulers and Members of the Nigeria Police Force for their support during this exercise.

In each of the State of the Federation, sixty names have been shortlisted based on the criteria set by the Police Service Commission. These names will be reviewed at the twelve Zones of the Nigeria Police Force across the country based on written and oral examination in the month of September, 2011. The list will be further reviewed at the national level and the final list will be published by the Police Service Commission.
Zonal Screening of Shortlisted Applicants for Cadets ASP and Inspector Has Been Re-Scheduled
Also, the Police Service Commission wishes to inform all Successful Cadet applicants from the various State Commands Screenings, that the Zonal Screening of applicants has been re-scheduled to Start from the 19th – 26th of September 2011, instead of the previous advertised date of 12th – 17th September 2011. The details of days when applicants from the various States would appear at their Zonal Nigeria Police Force Command venues would be announced by the Zonal Commands in their areas.
