1.1 General
The responsibilities listed below are all parts of the CS Sales core responsibilities that must be done and are limited into Customer Support delivery. In the region there can be adapted sets of responsibilities for local conditions.
1.2. Responsibilities:
Attend SDP1 meetings and co-ordinate SME’s to prepare scoping, costing and pricing for all support offerings for RFP’s and RFI’s.
Drive costing and pricing of support through the SDP1 to SDP 4 process, and in contract renegoiations.
Drive alignment on the way of working.
The CS Sales Manager will secure proper scoping costing and pricing of the SLAduring all RFP’s RFI’s and on-going SLA negotiations. The Sales Manager will also assist the KAM in renegotiations of existing SLA’s.
The CS Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the correct and proper contract management towards customers and third parties. This includes the responsibility together with the allocated SDM.
In conjunction with SDM’s identify up sales opportunities.
Responsibility for the Contract Management Process in the Region together with the allocated SDM.
Monthly reporting of over-delivery CSR costs together with the SDM. Request and follow-up on cost reallocations through country Controllers and Sales Managers.
Check Monthly reporting of warranty costs with the allocated SDM and CS Finance controller. Request and follow-up on cost reallocations through Controllers into the warranty provisions.
Consolidation point for Add-on Sales reporting to the Services Organization.
3pp Performance management towards Vendors.
Ensure local 3PP support prices and conditions are in line with existing Global Agreements.
Managing contract duration and expiring date’s back to back (customer and vendor contracts).
Ensure proper action are taken to ensure that process gaps are identified and resolved.
Qualifications
Advanced skills in managing SLAs, understanding portfolio and relationship to service delivery.
Good leadership & communication capabilities.
Adequate degree in business and telecommunications.
At least 5 years of experience from Support Services, Network Operations, Consulting or Project Management within the Telecom or similar industry.
Very good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Ericsson´s services product portfolio and delivery processes.
Excellent Customer/Vendor Relationship Management skills.
Adequate financial and business skills
Negotiation skills
Fluency in English and the local language.

Solution Architect PS Core and SACC – LTA-00034506
Description
Overall purpose
In the role of Solution Architect you will be responsible for the development of solutions in the sales process and take responsibility in the delivery phase. You will act as the technical lead for all solutions, with a high level of Customer interaction and co-ordination with Product Units, Systems Integration Competence Centers and the Customer Technical and Marketing Teams. As technical lead you will be responsible to secure that the deliveries of solutions to customers, including Solution Description, Solutions Analysis, Dimensioning, High and Low Level Design, documentation, proposals, etc are made in a professional way. Our Customer base is Global, however primarily concentrated in EMEA. As such willingness to travel is a pre-requisite for this role. This is a highly visible and pro-active role requiring inter-personal skills. It will demand constant interaction with Account Teams and the end customer, in order to understand the operator’s business issues, and to be able to find opportunities for evolving our solutions, thereby creating new business. It also demands good networking capabilities. This role is likely to be suited to experienced technical persons with end-to-end Technical knowledge, with demonstrable Communication and Consultative skills.
Accountability
Managing customers requirements and customer expectations from pre-sales through to the implementation stages of the project
Supporting the sales organization as an expert in the solution portfolio, including answering Statement of Compliance documents, developing solution descriptions, writing and reviewing marketing and sales material
Participation in customer workshops, providing solution and technical expertise and make solution presentations. Contribute to solution cost estimates, perform business intelligence and analysis of market trends, competitors etc
You will take full technical responsibility for the solution analysis, solution design, delivery, specifications & customer interface from a solution perspective
Participate in customer projects, including the definition, management and verification of solutions, analyzing the customer’s processes and requirements, perform dimensioning, estimate cost for customer adaptations, prepare and write solution descriptions and secure the technical functionality and quality of delivery
Qualifications
Education And Experience
At least 3 years of experience from IT and Telecom market, operator experience is highly valued.
Knowledge of Multimedia portfolio solution is advantageous
Proven consultative skills
Familiar with telecom standards, e.g. E-TOM, 3GPP, TMF
Demonstrable evidence of how the candidate has impacted the development of a customer solution or influenced their systems integration strategy
