Our client is a multinational diary company with product sales for over 100 countries. The company employs 19,000 people in 25 countries in key regions such as: Europe, Asia and Africa. Due to expansion processess in the Nigerian operations, they are looking to fill the position of a Market Research Officer.
Jbo Title: Market Research Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all continuos researches-Nielson audit, consumer panel, etc
- Preparing management reports as required.
- Work with a network of MR agencies.
- Candidate should be prepared to travel moderately to research locations.
- Candidate must be Nigerian
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Candidate should be positive minded, energetic, very hardworking.
- Candidate should have good understanding of qualitative research
- University degree in relevant field
- 3 - 5 years Experience in relevant field
- Embrace Challenge (market oriented and improve continuously).
- Grow Together (Be organizationally committed and lead and develop others).
- Feel Accountable (Holds self & others accountable and be result oriented)
