The Job
- Develop policy, process and initiatives to meet company's aspirations on talent attraction, retention and management, career planning and development, succession planning and executive management development in line with the talent/learning and development strategies.
- Identify critical jobs for optimal business performance. Assesses talent readiness and translate to talent development plan.
- Bachelor’s degree. Possession of a Master’s degree and / or Professional certification would be an advantage.
The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, have a solid sense of confidentiality and discretion, be able to develop and maintain highly effective relationship externally and internally and be able to operate individually and employ solid decision making skills.
Experience
- A minimum of 7 years working experience in a similar role with hands on knowledge of talent management tools.
